Doodlebug Double-Sided Easter Cards

I created this set of 5 Easter Cards yesterday using all Doodlebug Scraps, with the exception of the shimmer orange scallop circle bases (those are leftover from another project).  I took Inspiration 282 from Mojo Monday, my scraps and came up with these cutie little Easter cards.

Craft Cave Posters

These are the posters I created and had printed for my Craft Cave.  So simple, just made 'em, saved 'em and had 'em printed at Walmart :)

A Princess, a Rainbow and an iPhone :)

So this was actually a project I completed back in December.  Several days before Christmas I was obsessed with the idea that I could cross-stitch an iPhone cover for my sister.  Laurie has a "Crafties for My Sister" board on Pintrest where she leaves me not-so-subtle hints of crafties things she loves but won't make herself, one of which being a cross-stitch iPhone cover.  Just a week before Christmas I'm in JoAnns and I find a kit for these iPhone covers...so awesome but the patterns and thread colors were ugly.  Not that it mattered much because if I'm going to make one it couldn't be anything simple like the flower in the kit anyway, it was going to have to be complicated.  It had to be rainbow, it had to Princess Leia and of course it had to sparkle.

After Christmas, I went back to JoAnns and purchased several more iPhone Cover Kits on clearance (75% cheaper than the one I bought before the holiday) in all sorts of colors...still haven't made any though.

The New Craft Cave

I'm not sure if anyone even looks at this blog anymore since I've let it go for so long, however, I'm feeling re-energized and re-inspired by my crafting, and much of it is thanks to my new Craft Cave.

So here it is, my new room...it's all pink, black and white with splashes of rainbow throughout. I am absolutely in LOVE with my space, it's organized, roomy, and set-up exactly how I want it. Not only do I have my own huge desk that Mom and Holly fight for space at, but I also have studio space for up to six other scrappers. Being surrounded by all of my supplies and under the pink twinkle lights has really got my creative juices flowing. :)

My beloved Cardstock Collection, set-up by texture and company (in the nuerotic way that only I would set it up).

Most of the two big shelves that hold pretty much everything...you'd never guess that there are a couple 250+ stamp sets, a few thousand sheets of designer paper, an infinite number of embellishments and more ribbon spools than I'll ever admit to all organized in there :)

Oh, and an awesome bonus --- being in the basement is similar to being in a flower cooler, my fresh flowers are staying oh so pretty down here :)
